This webinar will review the anticipated structure and scope of operation of the new College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents expected to be functioning after the end of the current transitional time period. The presenters will also discuss the continuing professional development requirement, the investigation and discipline aspects of the College, the interplay between the College and other regulatory bodies and summarize how the College may impact the practices of patent agents and trademark agents.
