- Servicing clients effectively using secure remote access wherever you are
- Best policies and procedures including proper back ups and secure video conferencing
- Some key challenges experienced by lawyers and staff working remotely in small and medium sized firms
- Facilitating practice efficiencies through technology process improvements
- Fostering connectivity and collaboration with your team and with clients through technology
