This session will provide young practitioners with an overview of professional conduct rules and the need to maintain civility in all dealings with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel and adjudicators. The focus will be on building positive communication and relationship-management skills, as well as providing practical tips for handling difficult conversations and adversarial situations. The session will also cover the importance of building your professional brand.
