This webinar will focus on essential docketing best practices during the patent administration cycle. A practical discussion on the purpose of docketing will provide a brief overview of how docketing software functions as well as helpful advice from both a small firm and a large firm perspective.

Contributors to the Patent Administrator Program leading to the designation Certified Canadian Patent Administrator (CCPA) will deliver the presentation.
