This webinar will explore what microaggressions are and the impact they have on individuals as well as the workplace environment. Discussion points will include:
- Recognizing microaggressions
- Examples of microaggressions with a focus on the legal and agency practice environment
- Ways to raise awareness of microaggressions in the workplace
- Strategies for when and how to deal with microaggressions
- How to create an effective dialogue when microaggressions do occur
- What to do if you realize you committed microaggression
