    • What are moral rights and how do they differ from copyright?
  • Collective administration of rights
    • What are the different collectives in Canada and what rights and uses do they administer?
  • Copyright limitations to protecting Indigenous arts and culture
    • What are some of the challenges to protecting traditional or Indigenous knowledge and cultural expression using copyright?
  • Cultural appropriation
    • Can cultural appropriation be addressed using copyright? What are the challenges?
