Many IP rights holders have been active in preventing the importation of counterfeit products under the Request for Assistance (RFA) Program of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Case studies will illustrate some of the most effective ways to make this program work. Hear how CBSA, a practitioner and a licensed private investigator are using the regime successfully.
