In this webinar, expert practitioners will discuss key privacy law considerations relevant to the management of your practice and client matters. The session will cover a range of topical issues, from the application of privacy law to information collected from online sources, the use of personal information in evidence before boards, tribunals and courts, and addressing privacy issues for clients involved with data mining and analytics, to addressing privacy concerns of your employees and responding to breaches of data in your practice.
