Join IPIC mentors Kavita Ramamoorthy and Jason Markwell in an interactive exchange of mentoring best practices designed to foster positive relationships with mentees.
Learn how to be an effective mentor and the rewards of time well invested in shaping tomorrow’s leaders. The discussion will touch upon communicating expectations, setting goals, scheduling time, remaining committed and establishing boundaries.
