Join our distinguished panel for a discussion of best practices before the Trademarks Opposition Board which will assist you in better representing your clients in matters before the Board. Panelists will discuss the upcoming modernization of TMOB and how the amendment to the Trademarks Act more than a year ago altered TMOB practices and procedures. They will also discuss pitfalls to avoid in pleadings and evidence, and provide tips on preparing submissions with a focus on video hearings.
